Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, you will be sent an email to confirm the acceptance of your order. Your order will generally be delivered within 1 - 4 days from our confirmation. Some deliveries may require a recipient's signature.

Packing and Insurance

All items are packed to a very high standard. All items are insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us to arrange a refund/exchange or replacement.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery on all orders over $100 (Perth Metroploitan Area only)

• $10 everywhere else up to 5 kg
• $50 for bulky items transported by road up to 15kg
• $75 for bulky items transported by road in excess of 15kg.

Returns

If you decide not to keep your purchase, for any reason whatsoever, simply inform us within 7 days of receipt and you may exchange goods to the full value of the purchase price, less the shipping costs. All returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition. This does not affect your Statute or Common Law rights as a consumer.

Chemicals

Due to the hazardous nature of certain swimming pool chemicals in combination, orders may need to be split. We will do our best to avoid this.
